The room was comfortable and spacious, allowing us to easily set up our daughter's portacot in the entrance area. The restaurant here served amazing food, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The amenities provided were top-notch, including free Wi-Fi in the rooms.

I loved the Onsen facilities at the hotel, both indoor and outdoor. The outdoor Onsen had a stunning view of Mt. Fuji, and the indoor one had lovely bubble features. The staff were friendly, and the hotel was very clean and modern, while still having some traditional Japanese elements.
